Once you have worked with your account executive to choose an item you will receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours of placing your order describing everything from quantity, the price, and the estimated shipping date. We keep close watch of your order as it proceeds through the production cycle. Our office will personally call you when your order ships with the date you should expect arrival of your merchandise. Lastly, your account executive will confirm that you received your imprinted products and that the order exceeded your expectations.
